I have always been excited by the phenomenal growth the Fort Bend County area has experienced. When our young family moved to Sugar Land in the 1980s it seemed like Sugar Land was as far as civilization extended, or at least that was as far as people were willing to travel to get home. That was a long time ago, and perceptions have really changed. It was before Highway 59 was totally rebuilt, Highway 6 was transformed from the two lane road it once was, and the Grand Parkway came to be. Richmond, Rosenberg, Missouri City, and practically all of Fort Bend County now have the infrastructure, properties and amenities buyers are looking for to call home, and it doesn’t take that long to get here. Sellers are in luck, because while you were enjoying your property, the area surrounding was becoming more and more valuable. If you are ready to buy, sell, or lease, this is the area where the activity is.
My name is Lee Irvin and I have always been excited touring properties. My son, Ryan, took it a step further and studied Real Estate at Baylor. He became a Realtor and sold his first Million Dollars in real estate before I even began studying for my license. Annie knows firsthand the uncertainty and opportunity that accompany a major relocation half-way around the globe. With past residencies in Asia, the Caribbean and multiple cities across the United States, she is well-equipped to help others looking for a new home make the best decisions when facing these same challenging circumstances. Annie earned a BA degree in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University (minor in Tourism Science) and started her professional career as international sales lead for a global supplier of electronic hardware and components. After eight successful years, she transitioned to the hospitality industry, working and managing trade shows and hosting corporate events. She has had the opportunity to work with and represent multi-national Fortune 500 companies in the technology, automotive and oil & gas sectors. Annie has spent the last seventeen years in the Houston area and is no stranger to the local real estate market. She can see potential and identifying the updates that make a house a home. She has managed large-scale interior/exterior remodeling projects from start to finish, bringing the vision to reality. Annie also keeps tabs on the local market for potential investment opportunities. Annie's friends and family would say she has a unique style of her own, an eye for design and a big heart. Her favorite hobbies are tennis, piano and travel. Most family vacation destinations have been chosen based on architectural significance, with the ruins of ancient Rome and Gaudi's Sagrada Familia in Barcelona being some of the highlights. Her worldly experiences, genuine personality, passion for her work and communication skills (native Mandarin speaker) would be an asset for anyone looking for a temporary or forever home.
