As a native Houstonian and long time Fort Bend County resident, I am very familiar with Sugar Land, Missouri City, Richmond, and the surrounding areas. I grew up in Sugar Land when there wasn't much here except for fields of livestock and a handful of subdivisions. After graduating from Texas A&M University, I moved back to Sugar Land. My husband and I have raised our son and daughter here.

I've worked in Human Resources for various companies in my previous career, but was fortunate to be able to stay close to home and raise my children through their school years. I've served on several PTO Boards, and was a First Colony Community Association Neighborhood Representative.

Having relocated several times overseas with my husband's company, I have a unique understanding of the challenges that relocating entails, and I am certain that I can relate and help you manage all of the details that your move will require.

My mission is to provide excellent real estate services for my clients, making each of them my top priority. I began my real estate journey in 2016 when I joined Prime Properties' family of skilled agents and later became an elite member of Sahar's Premier Team. I represent my clients in the various arenas of real estate, providing sellers and buyers with tailor-made assistance in the listing or buying of their properties, offering expert support during the leasing process to landlords and tenants and delivering comprehensive analysis of the various real estate markets to investors.

Born and raised in Lebanon and educated in the French system, I also hold a degree in Psychology from the American University of Beirut. Having developed a global perspective early on, I further cemented my natural proficiency in languages (native level Arabic, English, French and beginner Italian and Norwegian), when I embarked on a whirlwind tour of the world with my husband, one that led us to live in various locations across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, while still maintaining Houston, Texas as our home base.

Using the valuable insights gained while on that relocation path, my in-depth knowledge of the greater Houston area together with targeted designations and certifications, I aim to provide my clients with guidance in their real estate journey. From personalized approaches to pricing strategies, to negotiation tactics and other buying and selling techniques, I connect the involved parties and deliver support along the way.

When not immersed in all things real estate, I enjoys reading, travel and am always looking to expand my knowledge.

With a proven track record, Marlon has contributed to nearly $10 million in sales in his short 3 years of real estate and played a pivotal role in launching several high-profile properties in Houston. I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Although I'm not a native Houstonian, I was born in Iran and have been living in Houston since 1997. My areas of specialization are Fort Bend and Harris County. I aim to build strong relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust with my clients. Some of my strengths include being positive, social and honest. I believe in listening to my customers' needs, studying their requirements and understanding their unique situations. In terms of real estate, I am knowledgeable in residential properties and real estate investments, including homes, rental properties and land. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an accountant, which has helped me understand the financial aspects of real estate investing. I chose real estate as a career because I wanted the independence of being an independent contractor, the opportunity to interact with different people and the satisfaction of helping clients professionally. My educational Background is in accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 and I have taken some MBA graduate courses. I am active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, I am fluent in Farsi. In my personal life, I have a wife who works as a senior biochemist for Halliburton, and I have two boys, 14 and 9 years old named Amir and Ryan. Spending time with my family is one of my hobbies.
