I have been a licensed REALTOR® since 2017. Although I'm not a native Houstonian, I was born in Iran and have been living in Houston since 1997. My areas of specialization are Fort Bend and Harris County. I aim to build strong relationships based on honesty, integrity, and trust with my clients. Some of my strengths include being positive, social and honest. I believe in listening to my customers' needs, studying their requirements and understanding their unique situations. In terms of real estate, I am knowledgeable in residential properties and real estate investments, including homes, rental properties and land. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I worked as an accountant, which has helped me understand the financial aspects of real estate investing. I chose real estate as a career because I wanted the independence of being an independent contractor, the opportunity to interact with different people and the satisfaction of helping clients professionally. My educational Background is in accounting. I graduated from the University of Houston in 2010 and I have taken some MBA graduate courses. I am active on social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Additionally, I am fluent in Farsi. In my personal life, I have a wife who works as a senior biochemist for Halliburton, and I have two boys, 14 and 9 years old named Amir and Ryan. Spending time with my family is one of my hobbies.
