I was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to Houston, Texas in 1974 as a foreign student. In 1977, I graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA Degree majoring in Finance. I have been a successful business owner for the past 20 years, practicing Real Estate on a part-time basis. Now it is my desire to pursue a career as a Licensed Broker in the Real Estate business on a full time basis. I apply my computer knowledge to generate up-to-date analytical reports to determine the right price for the property in the current market. My primary goals are to assist private investors in finding properties with a high ROI, to assist buyers in today’s market in obtaining the best financing alternatives, to assist buyers with not just the limited Conventional loans but also other Housing Assistance Programs provided by the State of Texas. In addition to the above, I will find the best option available to all property owners to protect their properties from foreclosure.

Terry graduated from Houston's Rice University with a degree in economics and French. He received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in 1990, his real estate broker's license in Maryland in 2002, and his Texas sales agent license in 2020.
Terry and his wife, Angie, a teacher, live in Sugar Land, Texas; Terry is a deacon at Providence Presbyterian Church in Sugar Land. The Brennans have 3 grown children.
