He is also a Nationally Recognized CNE{Certified Negotiation Expert} and is one of the top Brokers in the Houston Metropolitan area. He has been in Real Estate for over 30 years and in 2006 and 2007, HAR determined that he was in the top 25 in sales for Buyer Side Agency Transactions out of approximately 23,500 members of HAR. In 2008, he was voted by “H” Magazine as one of the Top Realtors in the Metro area out of 23,500 licensed agents who are members of the Houston Board. In June of 2012, Joe, was selected as one of the top Real Estate Agents in Texas, voted by his peers and clients, and was listed in the Texas Monthly Magazine. Additionally, we are members of the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

A fourth generation Texan, Kelly Orth has been a long time resident of Fort Bend. Her knowledge of Ft. Bend County and Southwest Houston gives her an edge in the market. She is dedicated to giving her clients professional and courteous service, and she works diligently to help them attain their goals. Prior to embarking on her real estate career, Kelly worked in outside sales, as a quality assurance manager and as a Fort Bend ISD teacher. Her experiences have given her patience and listening skills. The diversity of her accomplishments show how easily she can adapt to any situation or environment. Mike grew up in Maryland, received a B.S. in mathematics from the University of Maryland and a MBA from Virginia Polytechnic Institute. He spent 12 years as an economic and financial consultant at Ernst & Young, six years with Louis Dreyfus Energy Trading and Duke Energy as a risk management executive, and five years as a business owner in the energy industry. He and his wife, empty nesters with two adult sons, enjoy sailing, hiking, and participating in community and church events. They spend several weekends each year leading their church's Catholic Engaged Encounter retreat for couples.
