High quality photos, floor plans, drone, etc. It's also essential to target the right audience through effective channels, such as social media, email marketing, and online listings, and to provide accurate and comprehensive information about the property. Ultimately, the goal is to generate interest and create a sense of urgency among potential buyers or renters. Make it known to neighbors this home is for sale! Old school methods are coming back and are still effective! Post cards to the neighborhood, open houses, etc. Not only will this market your home, but it could potentially generate new leads for you as the listing agent! Load up on marketing in the front end, so you are not having to play catch up when the house sits.

Awesome question! There are several ways to maximize your return on investment when renovating a property, including setting a realistic budget, focusing on high-impact areas such as the kitchen and bathrooms, considering energy-efficient upgrades, and working with reputable contractors. It's also important to research local real estate market trends and make design choices that will appeal to potential buyers or renters. I always recommend my clients looking to renovate to go look at new construction homes. This shows them the latest trends and how good the home feels when it's fresh and new.

What is your experience as to which is the best Social Media Platform that generate leads consistently?

I find that using a mixture of social media platforms is best for staying relevant/top of mind. I use IG, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and try to post frequently on stories. However, the best way to get leads is to get in front of people - your friends and family, open houses, networking, etc. Social media is great but personal interactions convert "leads" into clients.

I'm looking to attend more Real Estate Events, and wanted to know what kind of events have the best turn out? I'm currently using eventbrite as my go to.

HAR hosts several events! The calendar on the EDU website shows upcoming classes and events. Title companies also host several classes and events. If you have a preferred title company, call and ask to be put on the email blasts for upcoming classes/events.
