DONT LEASE HERE! Management is horrible and they’re always under new management. They try to act like these are high end apartments and they are not. Moldy apartments and they won’t do nothing about it, gates always broken, trees fallen by the pool and haven’t done nothing, always police in the apartments due to illegal activity. They have a car that caught on fire just sitting on the parking lot. Place looks run down and ghetto, don’t have a website for month to make payments online or make repair request.

Grecia was the best to work with! she made everything super easy and stress free. as a first time renter, she explained everything I needed to know and really helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. the property is clean and respectful, the amenities are useful, and I’m super satisfied with my experience. i’m so happy with my new home and grateful to management for all their help. I definitely recommend leasing here. Grecia is amazing! This is the perfect Christmas gift to myself. 🎄

All I can say is do not rent here. And before you respond I no longer live here but my daughter and grandkids do. The management is always on rotation, the water is always OFF talking about they doing something with the pipes (which has been the same “reason” since I was living there and that’s been over 10 years) they quick to take your money but slow to fix or make anything right this place has just gone down dramatically. And they just leave the back apartments to look like 💩 they don’t try and even keep them up like painting the doors or having maintenance clean the outside windows. They don’t care if they look moldy or whatnot. The gate is always broken. I could go on an on. They don’t replace appliances that YOU are paying for monthly and don’t warn you about water being off after you’ve been at work all day a kids been to school but want they money ON TIME Do yourselves a favor and look past this hole in the wall for your own peace of mind. My daughter and her husband will be moving soon to a home 🙌🏾 and I told them to take pictures and all of everything that you have informed them of not working or messed up that they HAVENT fixed as well as save alll the documentation of emails or portal messages so they won’t try an charge for anything. And again do not come on here saying “I don’t see you as a m occupant” it’s because I was and no longer but oh I know how it’s ran there TRUST. Horrible

Been here almost 5 years never had problems with management or mis communication with the office, maintenance on the other hand was a headache 2 years into moving in, my husband then took it upon himself to be our maintenance man he tries lol. We didn't realize that we received a new maintenance crew as of a year ago a lot of changes have been made we only contacted maintenance for our AC going out. A day of work turned into 3 and so on moving forward and only because maintenance cares. I'm so thankful for meeting the new crew and I'm thankful for them coming in and fixing things that we didn't even have to ask for them to fix. A+ maintenance happy to know that they stepped up and making changes in our community. Management also from Ruby awesome work it shows she cares to make these changes in her workplace to give her residents the best experience possible. Had to give a long review because honestly if I didn't know for a year we have maintenance that cares then there might be other residents that don't know.
