Steven Remy

Steven is both a Realtor and General Manager for Astra Realty. Steven specializes in all facets of the real estate business; applying his expertise in negotiations, modern marketing, community education, and real estate investing. His integrity and discipline are unmatched, and his clients' best interests are always what drive his actions. Steven services both residential and commercial clients, and also serves as a business broker helping business owners evaluate, buy, and sell business ventures. As a Home Evaluation Specialist (HES), Steven has received special training and experience in evaluating certain aspects of a home, to include electrical, foundation, HVAC, roof, plumbing, and wood destroying insects. This special training equips Steven to thoroughly evaluate your home prior to it being placed on the market to make sure it is in the best show condition possible and eliminate any potential surprises about its condition. It also allows him to assist his clients while looking for homes to purchase so they can make the most educated decisions possible. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, he commissioned into the U.S. Air Force as an officer. After five years of service and multiple overseas combat deployments, he left the U.S. Air Force as a Captain and became a federal law enforcement officer. After sixteen years of dedicated service to his country, Steven decided to join his wife Leslie in her real estate brokerage, Astra Realty. As a third generation entrepreneur, Steven is an advocate for small business and has a passion for his community. Whether helping first-time home buyers navigate their purchase, or strategizing with an experienced real estate investor, Steven's expertise, knowledge, and ability to expertly represent and educate his clients make him a highly sought after Realtor and real estate advisor.
