“This guy is fantastic Has the patience of a saint. Sold us our previous two-story townhouse when kids moved out 20 years ago. When arthritis dictated that we move to a one-story, wife had him show us lots of homes over several years until she found just the one. He understands that until Mama is happy, ain't nobody happy. He handled everything. Mama is happy. Man has a Rolodex of tradesmen referrals in his head for those things that buyer wants to change upgrade after the sale and to spruce up old place to get ready for sale. Would let this man babysit the grandchildren but he said he's too busy babysitting his own . Honest assessment: not a social friend fellow club, church, or family member . ”
