“I could not have asked for a better realtor than Steven Bishop. We felt as if we were his only client. He helped us with staging including choosing paint color and carpet, which type of furniture in each room and then arranging the furniture in each room with decorative touches. He would frequently stop by the house during the painting and carpeting process (almost on a daily basis!) giving appropriate pointers as needed to the workers. When the house was ready and there were no showings, Steve did not hesitate to have one open house after another. (I think a total of 4). We believe Steve went above and beyond the call of duty when he checked on our house during Hurricane Harvey and would keep us updated as the rains continued to pour. This was a huge relief to us. During the negotiation process, Steve was on top of his game with each communication. We were able to get $5,000 more than we expected because of his negotiation skills. Steve is the best realtor I have ever worked with! I honestly cannot imagine anyone else doing a better job than he did for us.
