Throughout my career, I've been privileged to lead and coach some of the best in the business. I previously served as Sales Manager for the top-producing MoveMeToTx Team at Real Broker and, before that, held leadership roles with Coldwell Banker Realty as both a Branch Manager and Assistant Manager. While there, I managed two physical offices and a virtual office serving Southeast Houstonone of which ranked #1 in market share. In 2022, I was honored to be named to Coldwell Banker's national Presidents Council, recognizing the top 100 managers across the country.
In addition to sales and leadership, I was previously a State-approved continuing education instructor and course author, known for blending deep market knowledge with a calm, people-first approach.
