Steve Santos has been a licensed REALTOR® since 1998 and a business owner, real estate investor, recruiter, mentor... since graduation in 1999. Steve moved to College Station in 1994 to attend college. After becoming a leasing agent for 2 years at a 250 unit apartment complex, Steve realized that becoming a REALTOR® was in his future. While in school, Steve starting in residential and commercial leasing then focused on residential and investment properties sales. In March, 2005 Steve went to work at Century 21 and by December, 2005, Steve was in the top 100 REALTORS in Texas for Century 21. Steve stayed on that list for 10 years in a row and even got as high as #88 in the USA (out of 30,000 plus agents) in production during his time with Century 21. In 2013, Steve became a business owner with Keller Williams Realty Brazos Valley. He got right to work becoming a BOLD graduate, teaching classes, joining the Agent Leadership Committee and mentoring new agents. In 2014 Steve began buying rent properties and calling them "Transition Homes". Buying a home wasn't easy when there were 10 offers on properties between $200,000 and $250,000. Steve began "Santos Property Holdings, LLC" and rented his homes to clients in transition. When Steve's clients wanted a "home" they didn't have to buy the only house they could win an offer on. Steve's clients had an option to live in a transition home until a home the client wanted could be purchased or built. Steve Santos doesn't wait for a home to come on the market, he takes a proactive approach for his buyers. He calls sellers, past clients, fiends, neighbors and even knocks on doors and asks if a seller would sell their home to his clients. If you or anyone you know, is looking for a REALTOR® like Steve Santos, call/text him at 979-324-2340.
