Having been born and raised in Houston, I am very familiar with the numerous neighborhoods that make up the Houston Metropolitan Area. It is this familiarity that proves to be invaluable when advising my clients on the value and history of a specific property or area of the city.
The Keller Williams Metropolitan office houses over 600 plus agents. This provides an incredible network of information from which I can draw upon when selling or purchasing a property. Many of my listings are sold by other agents in the Metropolitan office, just as I sell listing of my fellow Keller Williams agents. We are constantly sharing information about listings that are new to the market. Our office is an excellent network that we take advantage of on behalf of my clients.
I am experienced in new construction sales and lot acquisition as well as existing property sales and purchases. I also specialized in acquiring rehab properties and advising investors on floor plans, design and staging. I have obtained my Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation which is a specialization in luxury home marketing and sales, as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation. This level of training and knowledge is extremely important when dealing with higher end home sales and purchases. I firmly believe that continued education and training are essential in helping my clients achieve their goals. I am a consistent Top Producing agent and a Member of the Keller Williams Hall of Fame.
