“As far as I am concerned, Steve Cates is a consummate real estate professional. His communication skills as well as verbal acuity is unsurpassed in my opinion. He has been successful in so many aspects of real estate for so many years, that he can quickly answer complex property questions that I'm sure would require extensive research by other agents. He is available at all hours to make his clients comfortable, relaxed and updated all of the way through their transaction and even offers to help answer questions after the transaction has closed. There are not enough stars available on the survey for Mr. Cates ”

“Realtor did wonderful, cared about the interests of myself and the owner of the property. Everything went smooth, we needed to move quickly so that s what he made happen I encourage anyone and everyone to use Bayou Realtors Steve Cates, very competent they make you feel like family Out of everything I only have 1 semi issue I wish the property would have been cleaned maintained, move in ready but as I have recently read this is not the realtors responsibility but minus that 1 set back the process was AMAZING ”
