We cannot recommend our realtor highly enough! From the very first interaction, he was incredibly accommodating—whether it was showing us houses with little to no notice or working late nights and weekends to fit our busy schedules. His dedication and commitment are unmatched. When it came time to purchase our home, things got tough. We faced a VERY difficult seller and their realtor, which led to numerous challenges during the option period (extended three times!), the closing process, and even after we had closed. Through all of it, our realtor was an absolute rock star. He advocated fiercely for us, negotiating like a pro and handling every hiccup with expertise. He was a bulldog when needed, and his attention to detail and knowledge of the process kept us confident during a very stressful time. In addition to helping us purchase our home, we've also trusted him with leasing our rental properties, and once again, he exceeded all expectations. He truly is a dream to work with, and we would not hesitate to use him again for any real estate needs. If you’re looking for someone who will have your back, work tirelessly for you, and make the process as smooth as possible, look no further! Stephen is AMAZING!!!!!

Stephen Krueger is an excellent guide for navigating the uncertain waters of real estate transactions. He knows how to read the market, has impeccable command of timing and negotiates excellent outcomes for all parties. He is in it with you, acting as both a trusted advisor and friend. Most recently he helped me sell my house as I'm moving to a different city. We were able to get an offer within 12 hours and closed in 18 days of listing-- beyond my dreams. There were hurdles that Stephen flattened and fears that Stephen quieted. If you're buying or selling or both-- look no further than Stephen, he's the realtor you need!

Working with Stephen Krueger was a dream come true! My Wife and I were under the gun with needing to find a home and within 2 weeks of searching Stephen had everything locked in and found us the perfect home! Might I also add Stephen is exceptionally awesome if you’re looking to move from out of town going as far as to set up video chats and show you the home in order to find you your future home! My Wife and I are beyond happy to work with Stephen and look forward to working with him again in the future! We highly recommend anyone who needs a home to reach out to Stephen for help in finding your future home! Lastly I will add Stephen takes into account all aspects of what you’re looking for and your situation in order to find you the perfect best home! Stephen is great at what he does and very knowledgeable. I know without his expertise, we would not be living in the house of our dreams. Stephen was our calm through our storm, honest, compassionate, and available. I valued his quick response time. Stephen built a team for us, using great referrals from mortgage/ financing, security, and construction. He will do the job for you, and you will consider him a friend. Stephen is an outstanding agent, one of a kind, honest, caring and a no-nonsense professional, which makes it a great business asset in today's real estate transactions. I have interviewed several other agents before deciding to go with Stephen and I was glad I did.
