As well as Cypress, Stephen has lived in the Galleria and Memorial areas of Houston and has a good concept of the market in these locations. Presently Stephen is living in the Champions area along the fairway of Champions Golf Club where he has been a member the past 10 years. Stephen Hardin grew up in the golf business and attended Ferris State University Professional Golf Management program before finishing his Business Marketing degree at The Ohio State University in 1987. During his senior year in college he helped his father (Dr. Rexford Hardin) start Insta-Plak, Inc. in Toledo, Ohio. By 1991 Stephen and his father had grown the company to receive the Inc. 500 award as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. To grow the company to the next level Stephen worked with his team to develop a franchise network to expand operations all over the US and by the year 2000 had sold 9 franchises and changed the name to IPI. In 2001 IPI, Stephen and his team ventured into the shopping center business and developed a program to service the digital photography needs of consumers coming into to shopping malls all over the US. Over the next 10 years IPI and WorldWide Photography grew to over 25 million in revenue, servicing over 300 malls in North America. Stephen and his team managed over 5,000 employees yearly. In 2012 Stephen sold IPI and WorldWide Photography to a private equity company and stayed on where he served as President for three years. Now Stephen has launched SRH and Associates, LLC and is ready to help you.
