Stephen Carter

Stephen Carter received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly University in San Louis Obispo, California. Stephen serves as Director at Carter Real Estate Inc. at KW Commercial.

Stephen is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day functions and business associated with Carter Real Estate Inc. at KW Commercial existing platform for Commercial and Rural Land Brokerage. His responsibilities also include staying current with trends in today's real estate market in order to solicit property owners and potential clients for commercial and rural land brokerage services.

Prior to joining Carter Real Estate Inc. at KW Commercial, Mr. Carter had a long record of successfully guiding local, national, and international clients with their commercial, land acquisitions, development, entitlement, dispositions, and asset re-positioning. He has closed over $60 million annually in transaction volume to include specific areas land assemblage, single family residential subdivisions, national franchise fast food outlets, hotels, convenience stores, gas distribution, farm and ranch, value added apartment/industrial buildings, and lender workouts. Stephen has represented major lending institutions such as Bank of America, J. T. Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, and various insurance companies that lend in real estate utilizing valuation. He has a complete understanding of bankruptcy, foreclosure, proceedings of workout loans.

Stephen believes in giving back to the community. He is actively involved with Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo as a Captain of the Speakers Committee, Live Auctioneer for the Houston Metro Go Texans, and a Volunteer at Lakewood Church.
