“My experience with Stephanie didn t feel like a business transaction or JUST representation, it felt more like a family member who had my best interests in mind even if she didn t get paid. Finding us a rent house was very challenging because we don t have the best credit or enough money for a double deposit. She searched every day, and she didn t have us applying and losing our money on application fees unless she was absolutely sure the odds were good. She walked every house with us pointed out things we would have NEVER thought to look at. Before it was even time to start looking she would check in on us to make sure we were on track financially, and mentally for the moving process.
