I took a course to help me identify the signs of a good and bad real estate agent, and she possesses none of the red flags described in the course and all of the good qualities. I was open and honest about all of my concerns during the process, and she always provided more information to help me make the right decisions. “Stephanie was a wonderful realtor to me. She kept me updated almost every week and explained what steps she was taking to help sell my property. She informed me every time she would receive a prospective buyer and would always let me determine if it was an offer I would be willing to accept. She never pressured me on any offers which I appreciated. She would inform me when I lowered my price on the property that she was going to get in touch with all the buyers that showed interest. I worked with Stephanie for over three years and never once thought about going with another realtor. She was very confident that she was going to sell my property and I had confidence in her that she would. When I did have a contract she informed me of everything that was going to take place and she would help me through it. There were many questions that I had with the title company and she would call them and call me with the answers. She helped reassure me of any fears I had through the whole process and I feel that was the most important thing to me. I would recommend Stephanie to anyone who needed to sell their property. She is not only knowledgeable in her field but determined to help her clients.”
