Hello! Have you reached out to any Realtors through social media like LinkedIn? I have connected with inspectors through there. Instagram is another platform where I have seen inspectors reach out and I have used their service. Look into going to Realtor networking events. Sponser for a CE class breakfast, reach back out to the agents of your clients. Those are all good ways to get in front of the people who will keep you in mind.Hope that helps!

Most broken leases stay exactly 7 years on your rental history and evictions stay 10 years then fall off. It is always good to add on all applications that you have had broken leases in the past along with the date.
