I have always had an interest in Real Estate since the age of 18, however I decided to first pursue higher education by obtaining my Bachelors in Finance and Accounting, then my Masters in Accounting and afterward my CPA license. After having followed my career path of being a CPA for the past 10 years, I decided to use my years of professional experience as an Accountant, and combine it with my passion for Real Estate to help others navigate the journey of buying, selling, leasing, and / or Property Management. I am excited to help you with your Real Estate needs no matter how big or small.

I was born-and-raised in Houston. After graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown with my Accounting degree, I started my career in Real Estate as a Property Manager.

I have professionally leased and managed Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos, and Multi-Family Units for over the past 16 years. During this time, I also managed Homeowner Associations and Condominium Communities (former C.M.C.A. (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation), as well as a R.E.I.T. (Real Estate Investment Trust) of over 1,500 Single Family Homes.

I have helped Clients purchase and sell Homes as a licensed, full-time REALTORS® since 2012 with now over 250 transactions Closed. Most recently, I have been in the process of growing my own Brokerage (YOUR Property Manager, YPM), now with multiple, active Agents currently in the YPM Family.
