Sachin Nair

I was born-and-raised in Houston. After graduating from the University of Houston-Downtown with my Accounting degree, I started my career in Real Estate as a Property Manager.

I have professionally leased and managed Single Family Homes, Townhomes, Condos, and Multi-Family Units for over the past 16 years. During this time, I also managed Homeowner Associations and Condominium Communities (former C.M.C.A. (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation), as well as a R.E.I.T. (Real Estate Investment Trust) of over 1,500 Single Family Homes.

I have helped Clients purchase and sell Homes as a licensed, full-time REALTORS® since 2012 with now over 250 transactions Closed. Most recently, I have been in the process of growing my own Brokerage (YOUR Property Manager, YPM), now with multiple, active Agents currently in the YPM Family.
