Moving can sometimes be a disorienting experience, especially if you have kids. And when you add in the element of moving cross country to a new city, the experience becomes that much more challenging. My name is Stacy Wood, I'm a wife, mother, and real estate advisor, specializing in relocations for the greater Houston areas. Since the 90's my husband and I have been buying, selling, flipping, and building homes. With each new project, I found myself falling more and more in love with real estate, architecture, and this city. My passion for real estate then led me to become a corporate relocation specialist. And for the past 15 years, I have helped hundreds of families plant their roots in this wonderfully diverse city, I so proudly call home.
Being a native Houstonian, Stacy has lived in and around many areas of this great City. Currently, she and her husband reside in-town where they have raised their family for the past 20+ years. Stacy started her real estate career over 18 years ago as a local real estate investor with her husband, purchasing properties in need of rehab, remodeling them from the studs and then re-selling. She started a full time career as a real estate agent with a boutique firm and later moving on to a national brokerage, Keller Williams, where she continued working until 2008. From there she joined CRI Real Estate Services and turned her attention to primarily handling relocation clients. Being a Relocation Specialist, Stacy strives to provide her clients with premier service that goes far beyond the "extra mile". Her one priority when servicing both Buyers and Sellers, whether they are making a local move or a move across the country or globe, is to ensure that they have a seamless and smooth transition. Her clients range from being first-time homebuyers, looking for that perfect "first home", to individuals with substantial real estate portfolios and are in search of some of the most sought after properties in Houston and our surrounding suburbs. As a Buyer's Agent, she is particular in learning both their needs and wants to ensure that her clients find exactly what they are looking for in a home as well as a community! As a Seller's Agent, she offers insight on the importance of home preparation, staging and pricing to get her clients homes sold in a timely manner at top dollar. She works hard to stay informed not only on Houston neighborhoods but also those top-rated communities and suburbs surrounding Houston, including Katy, Cypress, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land.
