I’m Stacy A. González, The Cosmopolitan REALTOR®—a bilingual Texas real estate professional with Lion Drive Realty serving North and Northeast Greater Houston, including Crosby, Atascocita, Humble, The Woodlands, Conroe, and surrounding communities.

I specialize in new construction, residential resale, lots and land, and builder services. I work with buyers, sellers, investors, developers, and builders, providing personalized guidance and strategic representation throughout every stage of the transaction. My approach combines strong negotiation, detailed market analysis, clear communication, and a practical understanding of financing to help my clients make informed and confident real estate decisions.

My professional experience extends beyond traditional real estate. I have worked as a REALTOR®, loan consultant, marketer, business owner, nonprofit founder, and startup growth professional. This multidisciplinary background allows me to evaluate opportunities from multiple perspectives, develop creative solutions, and provide clients with a higher level of strategy and support.

Before transitioning into real estate, I built a career in political communications and public service, including serving as Communications Director in the Texas House of Representatives. Today, I continue my involvement in the industry and community as a member of the Texas REALTORS® Tax Policy Committee and a board member of the Texas Latino PAC.
