I am a Dedicated Broker Owner with over 25 years in property management, investor and real estate experience. I have managed both local and out of state properties. I have been a licensed Agent since 1996 and a Licensed Broker since 2008. I am also a certified instructor with the Texas Real Estate Commission.

I am an Accredited Buyer Representative, and specializes in working with first time buyers, I have a passion for helping first time buyers find and sustain affordable housing. I also work with investors to procure investment properties and manage those investments for absentee owners. I would love to be your Broker of Choice.

Joseph Kummer brings 30 years of construction experience with deep knowledge of commercial and residential construction, negotiation, customer service, and finance. He leverages this experience to provide clients with exceptional service and a strong advocate. Joseph has been in the Houston market for over 17 years living in both the northern and southern parts of Houston representing clients buying, selling, constructing, and developing real estate throughout the region. Joseph uses a client-centered approach to each transaction with excellent communication, a straightforward approach, and steadfast determination to ensure outstanding results.
