Be respectful of your needs and schedule for property research and showings

Prepare a written Home Price Evaluation for you prior to you making an offer, then provide counsel and negotiating assistance on all offers to purchase

Obtain and review with you, the necessary sellers' documents, recommending any remedies or options to pursue

Monitor and communicate the status and satisfaction of contract contingencies

Accompany you on a final walk-through property inspection before closing, then stay with you until your closing is complete

Identify the unique features and lifestyle benefits of your property and neighbohood

Incorporate these unique lifestyle benefits and features into all of the online and offline marketing and promotional media

Promote your listing on line to advertise it all over the country

Determine where the "right buyers" are and direct property promotions and advertising towards the identified target market
