I am a native Houstonian, and mother of two wonderful children, and I have a passion for helping people, traveling, food, health, fitness and adventure. I was a life coach, CrossFit instructor, personal trainer, triathlete and model. I am a currently a member of The Woodlands Church and I enjoy volunteering in my community. I actively and aggressively market my listings to get the property maximum exposure & to get it sold quickly for the most market will allow and sometimes even more. She served two terms on the Board of the NAM Endowment Fund, is a founding member of the Board of the Pearl Fincher Museum of Fine Arts at Cypress Creek, as



well as being a Lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She has made trips to Central America and Haiti with Living Water International, providing fresh water for needy people. Each year she participates in raising funds for Wreaths Across America, placing wreaths at Houston National Cemetery.

Sheridan Garcia was born and raised in San Jose, California, and moved to Texas in 2017 on an athletic scholarship. She comes from a background of 2 years in the real estate industry and brings a variety of skills learned over time to bear when working with her real estate clients. Sheridan Garcia attended The University of Texas at San Antonio and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, and her skills in Health and Human Sciences give her a unique insight into how to protect clients and their needs as well as market properties for success. Sheridan Garcia entered the Real Estate world in order to improve upon a less-than-stellar experience with an agent, meet, and help new people accomplish homeownership, and hasn't looked back. Sheridan Garcia is engaged and lives in Spring, Texas with her Fiancé and rescue Doberman Pincher named Daisy. She spends her free time with family and friends. She also enjoys participating in outdoor activities such as hiking and fishing.
