Worked as an accountant for oil & gas and major natural gas trading companies. My main focus is on each individual client and their needs. A strong, eight-year background in the oil and gas industry, coupled with her earlier training as a teacher, gave Tamra Kolin an excellent foundation for her career as a Realtor. "I took the knowledge I had accrued in land ownership and property transfers, the customer service skills I'd perfected interacting with land owners, and the discipline and organization I'd developed as a teacher, and transitioned into a career in residential real estate," Tamra says.

Born and raised in Spring, Texas, Tamra brings valuable first-hand knowledge of Tomball and Spring neighborhoods. Caring, passionate about her work, goal-oriented, and tenacious, she works efficiently through the transaction process, advising and guiding her clients to achieve success. A graduate of Spring High School, Tamra holds a bachelor of science in interdisciplinary studies from Stephen F. Austin University. She is actively involved with her children at school functions and on the soccer field, and in working with animal rescue organizations. Tamra and her husband love to find time to travel and enjoy living life in the Tomball area.

Katie Chachere Hester graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. She also received a Graduate Certificate in Advanced International Affairs from the Bush School at Texas A&M University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from South Texas College of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. Katie practiced real estate and finance law for approximately seven years with the law firm of Locke Lord, LLP. While at Locke Lord, Katie represented clients in the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial real estate, including shopping centers, apartments, condominiums, office buildings, mixed use/urban developments, and retail and office leasing. She also represented borrowers and lenders in lending transactions. Katie also has experience with zoning and land use, community and economic development, affordable housing, and development of cellular tower sites, including issues involving the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1995. Katie spent approximately two years as the Assistant Vice President - Legal Counsel of Campus Living Villages – U.S., an international student accommodation provider, where she was responsible for all legal matters in the United States. Katie also served as a Director on the Board of CCHM Management Holding Corp., the parent company of Campus Living Villages – U.S. Katie recently joined The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center as a Legal Officer in the General Business and Education Section, with a focus on real estate matters. She is involved in numerous charitable organizations throughout Houston, and is also a member of C.R.E.W. (Commercial Real Estate Women).

Brian is a real estate entrepreneur who brings an impressive set of credentials and life experiences to his career. Studying Business Management and Marketing at Stephen F. Austin State University he left to jump right into Construction Management with two of the top residential construction firms in Texas. Both Perry Homes and DR Horton provided an in depth understanding of a buyer would be purchasing from the ground up. Through extensive training he built new construction homes in several popular neighborhoods in North Houston for nearly a decade perfecting his skills in construction management.

In 2008 when the market began to down turn Brian left the construction management industry and turned his focus towards commercial and residential construction sales. This was a turning point for him as he had just had his first child and began paving his path for his passion in sales.

An opportunity opened up in the packaging world. This would be one of his first steps out of the construction industry and into real business to business sales relations. This also would be where he truly would learn the art of sales. Persistence, confidence, routine, and an enormous amount of hard grinding work would drive him to the top at sales in one of the largest packaging companies in the world. Sales was exactly what he wanted to do, but there was always that want to dive back into residential homes and with the sales background now there was more than enough confidence to pursue that real estate sales career specializing in valuation of residential properties.

As a native Houstonian, he is very familiar with real estate markets throughout the entire metropolitan area; and with extensive knowledge in residential construction management and construction supply sales, gives Brian an extra "edge" in this competitive market. Brian's expertise in accessing home values and creating effective marketing strategies has served him well.

As devoted as he is to real estate, Brian is also greatly involved with his two boys and daughter. Baseball is life in his family. When he's not holding open houses and taking listings he's at a baseball tournament year round at one of the many ball parks here and around Houston. With his wife Rachael by his side, they are a high driven team of success.
