We had two children when we decided to adopt another child - giving me 3 mommy degrees (a.k.a children) and 2 legal degrees. When the kids were old enough I re-entered the job market as a substitute teacher. When we relocated from Colorado to Houston in 2018 I decided to pursue a career in real estate .

Dana Terrone, a NY native, has been living and loving the greater Houston area and still is amazed about how much this great city has to offer. She graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Upon college graduation, she moved to Houston to pursue a job in land development/civil engineering. As a civil engineering analyst, she worked on commercial, institutional, medical, and multi-family projects, drainage plans, site design, and infrastructure layouts. Her top clients included Raising Canes, Shipley Do-Nuts, Target, and the Woman's Hospital of Texas. She decided to become a Realtor due to her passion for helping others, blended with her experience and fascination for growing cities and desire to make a difference in the community.
She resides in the suburbs of Houston with her husband and toddler. Her favorite things to do are try new restaurants and parks with her family. She loves how family-oriented, faith-centered and community-focused Houston is. It is truly one of a kind!

I have been in real estate for over 10 years, I started with Keller Williams in the Memorial Area in April 2016. Since then I have moved over to Perry's Realty. Catrina has been in Real Estate since 2006.
The Real Estate market has drastically changed the last few years. Catrina's ability to adapt to those changes served her clients well. During the pandemic, the market in Texas shifted dramatically...driving prices through the roof, becoming a Seller's market..BUT Catrina continued to represent & serve her clients (both referrals & families who happened to be relocating from other cities and states), through the process.
Although the market has pushed the values upward of $100k, Catrina has continued to be the intermediary who negotiated the best deals possible for her clients.
