Dana Terrone
Dana Terrone, a NY native, has been living and loving the greater Houston area and still is amazed about how much this great city has to offer. She graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Upon college graduation, she moved to Houston to pursue a job in land development/civil engineering. As a civil engineering analyst, she worked on commercial, institutional, medical, and multi-family projects, drainage plans, site design, and infrastructure layouts. Her top clients included Raising Canes, Shipley Do-Nuts, Target, and the Woman's Hospital of Texas. She decided to become a Realtor® due to her passion for helping others, blended with her experience and fascination for growing cities and desire to make a difference in the community.
She resides in the suburbs of Houston with her husband and toddler. Her favorite things to do are try new restaurants and parks with her family. She loves how family-oriented, faith-centered and community-focused Houston is. It is truly one of a kind!
Dana is patient, thorough, and detail-oriented. She will not stop until her clients have reached their real estate goals. Dana becomes their cheerleader and coach through the whole process. She especially enjoys working with investors building their portfolios, first-time home buyers, and buyers looking to grow their families. While much of the world slowed down during COVID, the market did quite the opposite. She masked up and assisted 3 investors build their portfolio, helped over 25 families, and earned Rookies of the Year and Graduated Realtor® Institute (GRI) designation. She has been a top performer at her office for the past two years.
