Celicia has resided in The Woodlands, Texas for nearly 10 years and her son's have graduated from The Woodlands & Klein Oak High Schools! She loves living in The Woodlands and is an active member in the community. Celicia's love for Real Estate evolves from her life-long desire and personal calling to help people.

Frank's passion has always been to help people. He launched his real estate career by helping new home buyers in the Cinco Ranch and Green Trails neighborhoods in Katy, TX, in 1992. He was then hired as a Management Consultant by the RE/MAX organization where he spent many years serving as a regional leader, master trainer, and real estate coach. In 2017 he opened his own real estate brokerage, Abby Realty, which became the fastest growing independent brokerage in Texas, four years in a row. In 2021, Frank and his top agents affiliated with eXp Realty in order to provide an even higher level of service to their clients. Today, Frank is the leader of several real estate companies and organizations including, The Abby Team at eXp Realty, Jackson Henry Mortgage, Standard of Greatness Processing, Abby Real Estate Holdings, and Aspire Education. I’m a native Houstonian and an honor graduate from University of Houston. I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology in 1991 with Summa Cum Laude honors.

I’m proud to be living the American Dream. I work hard and believe there’s a time to work, play and pray. I’ve been blessed with two beautiful children. Being a stay at home mother for six years was my most important job. Through the years, I’ve primarily been an entrepreneur in a wide range of different types of businesses, from the family business of Shipley Do-Nuts to a travel agency and even an elevator Shaft cleaning service as well as I was a realtor in Clear Lake in 1994. Currently, I’m dedicated to helping people find their Dream Home.

My devotion is to God, family and building relationships. I’ve built some of the best friendships serving my community. I joined the Kingwood Women’s Club in 2013 and they served two organizations that I had already been serving. I volunteer at Family Time, Humble Area Assistance Ministries and The Source for Women.
