Frank's passion has always been to help people. He launched his real estate career by helping new home buyers in the Cinco Ranch and Green Trails neighborhoods in Katy, TX, in 1992. He was then hired as a Management Consultant by the RE/MAX organization where he spent many years serving as a regional leader, master trainer, and real estate coach. In 2017 he opened his own real estate brokerage, Abby Realty, which became the fastest growing independent brokerage in Texas, four years in a row. In 2021, Frank and his top agents affiliated with eXp Realty in order to provide an even higher level of service to their clients. Today, Frank is the leader of several real estate companies and organizations including, The Abby Team at eXp Realty, Jackson Henry Mortgage, Standard of Greatness Processing, Abby Real Estate Holdings, and Aspire Education.
