Starting in January 2023, Michele and I made a strategic decision to join the team at Keller Williams Realty Professionals (KWP) - one of the top real estate sales firms serving the Northwest Houston region. Michele, a Broker Associate, is part of the Executive Leadership team at KWP and serves as the Director of Coaching and Education.

In August 2023, Graeme and Michele took their collaboration a step further and formed the MGM Group. Dana Terrone, a NY native, has been living and loving the greater Houston area and still is amazed about how much this great city has to offer. She graduated from Manhattan College with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Upon college graduation, she moved to Houston to pursue a job in land development/civil engineering. As a civil engineering analyst, she worked on commercial, institutional, medical, and multi-family projects, drainage plans, site design, and infrastructure layouts.
