Austin State University (Axe'em Jacks) with a degree in Biology, Chris gathered extensive experience having worked in medical laboratories, education, oil & gas as well as the automotive industry. Chris is married to his wonderful wife Kim and they have two children. He volunteers time at church and his children's school. Chris enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, sand volleyball, and pretty much anything active.

My name is Jennifer Rodriguez-Walker, Real Estate professional for Walzel Properties, LLC, once Texas Home Group Realtors. I enjoy both positions as a Buyer and Seller's Agent and also have experience as a Relocation Specialist. I am a proud wife, mother and grandmother of 8 and I absolutely love my hometown of Houston since I have lived in the suburbs, Spring/Woodlands area, since 1978. I have witnessed the growth of this beautiful city and am very familiar with the history here.

In the 1990's I began this journey by answering phones and assisting realtors, in a local real estate office. I fell in love with the process as I watched transactions come together and even fall apart. After getting married and having children I decided to join the team per say and became a realtor! I have had the pleasure of meeting so many families and assisting them in making the biggest decision of their lives, purchasing a home and I don't take that lightly. I have also had experience working with Dwellworks Relocation and their Oil and Gas clients, relocating internationally to the Houston and surrounding areas. Welcoming ex-pats into the states has been a very special position for me as they are so new to our country. It has been my heart to build trust with my clients as quickly as possible so they have full confidence in my loyalty to them to get the job done efficiently!

I have been in law enforcement for the past 28 years. I enjoy my career because it is exciting and gives me the opportunity to help people. It's often been said that a home is a person's greatest investment. But everyone knows that a home is much more than that. It's a sanctuary, a place where memories are made, a place to unwind from the stresses of the outside world. That's why selling or buying a home is unlike any other transaction. And that's why I take my role in helping you buy or sell so seriously.

I learned how important a Realtor is in the process while searching for my first home years ago. After a first outing to look at houses, the agent marched my husband and I into his office to demand that we make an offer on one of the three we had seen. Otherwise, he told us, we'd be wasting his time, since these were the best we could afford as first-time buyers.

That was the last time we saw that agent. Instead, we found JoAnn. She was knowledgeable and competent and seemed much more interested in helping us than earning a quick commission. JoAnn helped us buy our first home, then listed and sold it. She helped us buy our second home and listed and sold that one, too.

We moved out of the area and lost touch with JoAnn. But she served as an inspiration to me when I became a Realtor myself in 2009.

Like JoAnn, I put the needs of my client first. I place a premium on honesty and integrity and never say something I don't believe just to get someone's business. I pay close attention to all the little details involved in a transaction and confess that I can be a worrier at times. I'd rather anticipate a problem and work to ward it off than be caught by surprise at the last moment by something that could potentially kill the deal.

I'm a longtime Houston-area resident with a BA in communication. Skills honed during years of professional writing and editing experience mean I can make the listing of your home shine and communicate effectively with the title company, the lender, the appraiser, the other agent, and anyone else involved in the transaction.
