Joanne Dungca has been a Texas native for 15 years. She has been a licensed agent since 2009. At the commencement of her career in the Real Estate industry, she worked in New Home/New Contstruction sales. She made the decision to become a licensed Real Estate Agent to be able to help both buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both new construction, existing homes, foreclosures and distressed homes (pre-foreclosures/short sales).
Joanne has been a multi-million dollar producer, belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Kelly is a CPA and started her career in 1985 at KPMG with a focus in Real Estate Title Insurance. She is a native Houstonian, graduated from Cypress Creek High School and has lived in the Champions area her entire life. Kelly started her real estate career as a Realtor with Better Homes and Garden Real Estate joining her husband Jeff Vrana and the Vrana Team.
Kelly graduated from Texas A&M University in 1984. She married her husband Jeff Vrana in 1987 and they have been happily married for over 30 years. She has three children, Ashley, Lindsey and Justin. The Vrana family are members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church. Kelly enjoys spending time with family, watching and participating in sports and a love for the outdoors developed through years volunteering in Scouts.

Rachel grew up showing horses and cattle which lead her to pursue an Animal Science degree at Texas A&M. While at A&M, she competed on the National Champion Ranch Horse Team. After graduating, Rachel's career started in livestock and horse show management for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo and then later for Rodeo Austin. Rachel runs her family's Hereford cattle operation in Fayette and Lavaca counties and is proud to call Schulenburg home. She believes there is more to real estate than the next transaction; it is the start of a new chapter for the client.
