Joanne Dungca has been a Texas native for 15 years. She has been a licensed agent since 2009. At the commencement of her career in the Real Estate industry, she worked in New Home/New Contstruction sales. She made the decision to become a licensed Real Estate Agent to be able to help both buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both new construction, existing homes, foreclosures and distressed homes (pre-foreclosures/short sales).

Joanne has been a multi-million dollar producer, belongs to the Houston Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and is also a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Her understanding of real estate and mortgage is of a definite advantage to her clients and plays a critical role in providing unparalleled service.
