“The first time I spoke with Sonja Patterson she caught my attention. I had listed the house on a for sale by owner website. She contacted me to see if I was looking for an agent to help with the selling the home. At the moment I declined, but she did offer some advice and details that were informative. I knew after speaking with several other individuals that she was the person I would choose if I did decide to list with an agent. Fast forward a couple of months, she again called to check to see how it was going for me. I had a potential buyer at that time and was pretty confident I would seal the deal. However, after another month of dealing with this individual, which just wasted my time. I was frustrated with it!! I needed to sell the home and was very motivated to move it quickly.
