Morgan Montgomery and her attorney partner are nothing short of dead beat scammers. They called me and my guys out to install a roof they had attempted to purchase the material for previously. After getting the go ahead, I sent the crew out to complete the work, only to have them waste a full day due to the job not being ready. During the completion, our crews noticed that she had not measured the roof incorrectly. I notified her immediately, she asked if I'd buy the material to finish, so I did. She was notified that she was to send half deposit the morning the crew starts and she didn't wake up til 1pm after she admitted she'd been partying in NYC all night. She then dodged final payment and had her attorney partner call and threaten me and report me to a collections company some how... Why is it so hard to pay invoices for work completed?? She will scam you and then sick her attorney on you in a heart beat. Avoid these people at all costs. I have screensshots and contracts as proof that Pura Vida is a scam. Morgan is listed as an agent for Keller Williams Clear Lake, and do not do business with scammers.

Was recommended to Shelby through Facebook, I was just wanting information/ what the process was and she was plain rude about it and very sarcastic and unprofessional. no one should have to deal with a person like her so beware and don't waste your time!

Daniel Vera was the worst real estate agent I have ever met. He told me over a dozen lies. He convinced me to spend unnecessary money on the house. He tried to convince me to lower my price by 25% because he didn't want to put in the effort to sell it.

Listing a property built in the 70s for more than a new house built in 2023 is insane. Stop inflating the house prices and pricing people out of the market. Shame on you, Elizabeth.

Keller Williams Clear Lake/NASA is awesome. Please allow me to recommend the agent Moniqueka Edwards. Moniqueka helped my husband and I with the purchase of our new home. She was always proactive about providing us with listings to review. When there were homes we wanted to view, she was always prompt to set appointments. She always met us with a smile and a handshake and was eagle to lend her expertise in helping us select the home that was just right for us. When we found our dream home, she was great at explaining all the details and helping us negative the process. I would highly recommend Moniqueka to anyone in the market for a home. We will certainly be giving her a call when we outgrown this home and are ready for our next upgrade.
