At times I was unable to get on a call due to the recently hectic schedule. She accommodated by answering text messages. Her responses were quick and informative. I feel like Silvia is a friend, she was easy to talk to when things got confusing. I would recommend the services of HAR. The team Silvia provided expanded across texas and helped us narrow down possibilities. I really also like Erin, who was extremely professional despite our lack of updates and changing mind.
