One key aspect of her service that is under-appreciated is that she works extremely well with folks that have disabilities, I am vision impaired and Cissy has been able to assist me with documentation and collateral using technology along with good ole fashioned customer service My latest transaction with Cissy was a sale and i had a very old roof that had issues with the buyer getting it insured since it was very old and one of my HVAC units was on the verge of failure and we were getting insanely high stucco inspection and remediation bids from the buyer and Cissy helped me navigate through all of this.”
