Shivani Palaniappan

Shivani is a native Houstonian who has an extensive knowledge of the market, the developments and neighborhoods that Houston has to offer. Motivated, aggressive and efficient, she delivers personal attention and outstanding service to all of her clients. Shivani believes that communication and commitment, along with knowledge and experience, are the keys to building lasting client relationships and success in the real estate industry.

As a real estate investor and homeowner herself, Shivani understands the needs of buyers and sellers as well as investors.

Shivani has long shared a desire and commitment to give back to the community that she has called home her whole life. Shivani's community involvement includes Board Member of the Greater Katy Exchange Club, Past Board Member of the Katy Business Association, working with Krause Children's Center, supporter of the Alley Theatre and other performing arts, volunteering with & participating in various social, community and charitable projects and events all over Texas and overseas in India. Shivani is very passionate about working with and helping children and animals.

Shivani is a graduate of the University of Houston. When she is not working, Shivani's other passions include animals, interior design, traveling the world, cooking and gardening. She resides in Houston with her husband and 2 children.
