“Sheryl went way, way above and beyond to sell our house. We had some unexpected and bizarre issues along the way and she worked extremely hard to overcome them. When that didn't work through no fault of her own , Sheryl somehow made a miracle happen by finding a new buyer who was a much better fit. This was all happening after we had moved to another state, so Sheryl had to do everything. In addition, she took care of checking on and maintaining our house while it was vacant, which was such a relief. Ultimately we sold the house for a great price. We're so thankful we hired Sheryl and feel she earned every penny of her commission.”
