Sherry helped sell a property

We moved and needed to sell our house. We did not want the house to sit on the market for months and months (like so many in our neighborhood), but wanted a fair price. Sherry brought us a list comparable houses that were listed as well as recently sold, and showed us how each compared to our house. She helped us price our home fairly. She also took amazing pictures of each room that showed the beauty of our home for online listings- she puts her listings on all the big real estate websites, not just her own. Most importantly, she brought us an offer FOUR DAYS after we listed the home, and the next day we had an contract for a great price! We close 6 weeks after moving out.
