Hello! My family and I (fiancé and 2 children) are looking to rent our first home. I just finished nursing school and we are now financially ready to make the transition. The problem is that we fell on some hard times while I was in school and so our credit took a hit. Mine is at about 615 while his is in the low 500’s. We have good rental history. No evictions or criminal record. Is there a chance we can find something ? Thank you , in advance for your time.
