Sharon Kaye's philosophy is: "I try to make a difference in the life of everyone I meet." Sharon became a licensed Realtor in 1987, and she has been a consistent Top Producer since joining Heritage Texas Properties in 2004. She was the overall Top Producer in the Fort Bend office for 2011 and 2012. In 2017 she received the Heritage Texas Properties Legend Award, which exemplifies an exceptional level of character, service and professionalism.
A native Texan and long time Sugar Land resident, Sharon believes that being a good neighbor and enjoying the place where one lives is very important. Her market includes all of Fort Bend County as well as other communities in Houston, Katy and Pearland.
Sharon wants her clients to know: “I am a very professional and detailed person, but I add a personal and friendly touch to everything I do.” Her online Client Experience Rating on HAR is an impressive 4.99 on a 5.0 scale. With her warm and gracious manner, Sharon is always able to make her clients feel comfortable and at ease no matter how stressful the situation.
Honest, prepared and patient, Sharon says, “One of my biggest strengths is the ability to remain calm and levelheaded in all situations, to try to solve problems as they happen and keep everyone smiling.”
A graduate of The University of North Texas, Sharon received a Bachelors degree in Music Education and worked for several years as the Principal of a private preschool in Houston. Her work in education has given her an edge in her new career: “The experience of working with children and their parents prepared me for assisting families as they go through the emotions of moving to a new home.”
Married to her high school sweetheart, Sharon is the mother of one married daughter, and the grandmother to four beautiful little girls, the joys of her life. She loves cooking and travel and, given her background in music, it’s no surprise that she is active in the Music Ministry at Sugar Land Baptist Church.
