Dave and Sharon Green established their first company in 1990 - RE/MAX South Belt. Here, we built the first free standing building for our RE/MAX Realtors in the history of RE/MAX of Texas. This company became a Coldwell Banker in 2000. Then, in 2004 we established Green and Associates, Realtors.

We have been listed in the top 5% o Realtors in Metropolitan Houston! As a RE/MAX owner, we were chosen to receive the Broker/Owner of the year for all of Metro Houston. Coldwell Banker placed us in the Presidents Circle. As you can see, we are deeply commited to Real Estate and to you.
