Heres a short version of open house posting guidelines based only on HAR (Houston Association of Realtors) and TREC (Texas Real Estate Commission) policies:1.Include Brokerage Information: Clearly display the brokers name (as registered with TREC) on all promotional materials.2.Disclose Licensee Status: Include your name and indicate that you are a licensed agent or broker.3.Avoid Misleading Content: All information must be accurateno exaggerated claims about the property.4.Follow Advertising Rules: Comply with TREC Rule 535.155 (Advertisements) and HAR MLS rules for open house promotion.5.Use HAR-Approved Platforms/Formats: If posting through HAR systems or syndications, ensure the listing and open house details are properly entered and updated in the MLS.
