Shannon Winans

Shannon is a proud, native Houstonian with a wealth of experience and knowledge of the area. As a longtime resident of Northwest Harris County, she has witnessed all of the changes over the years, including the area’s tremendous growth, which has proven to be a valuable asset to her clients. In addition, her wide-range of experience in the industry, including over 20 years in management, title insurance, business development and sales, adds further value to each transaction.

A licensed real estate agent since 2002, Shannon began her real estate career in title insurance, and it was there that she learned about real estate from the closing perspective. This experience led Shannon to transition into the sales end of the real estate industry, and she has been exceeding expectations ever since! Shannon has enjoyed serving her clients with the utmost care in buying and selling residential resale and new homes.

As a real estate agent, Shannon’s primary philosophy is to apply her experience and knowledge to educate her clients through the entire buying and/or selling process. She uses her experience in the industry to help every client she is blessed to represent reach their real estate goals. Having worked in both the sales and title/closing sides, Shannon knows how important it is to build honest, trustworthy relationships with her clients where they know that they come first. It is this mindset that has enabled her to continuously establish long-term relationships with her clients, a fact which is obvious by the number of referrals she receives from satisfied clients.

Shannon feels a strong sense of connection to her community and has spent a great deal of time getting involved in both professional and charitable causes. She is currently affiliated with the following groups:
Member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Realtors & Houston Association of Realtors; Cancer Fighters of Houston; Member & Volunteer of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. She also volunteers at local schools, giving back to the teachers, staff, and kids.

When she is not working with clients or staying active in the community, she loves to spend time with her family and friends with game nights at the house, a night out dancing with her husband, traveling, playing golf, reading, writing, and dabbling in a bit of photography.
