Shannon Walker is a Penn State graduate and dedicated real estate professional serving Spring, Tomball, Magnolia, Cypress, The Woodlands, and the greater North Houston area. As the wife of a United States Coast Guard servicemember for over 16 years, she understands firsthand the challenges, transitions and excitement that come with relocating and finding the right place to call home.

After living in several states including New York, Florida, New Jersey, and Texas, Shannon and her family planted roots in Gleannloch Farms in Spring, Texas, where they are raising their twin boys.

Before beginning her real estate career, Shannon built strong relationships within the community through her local dog walking and pet sitting business, earning the trust of homeowners long before entering the real estate industry.

Today, Shannon is passionate about helping buyers, sellers, relocating families, and especially military families and veterans navigate the real estate process with confidence and clarity. Her approach is centered around education, honest communication, and making every client feel supported every step of the way.
