From her early days riding horses to competing in college at Tarleton State University, agriculture and western heritage have always been at the heart of who she is. She earned her degree in Business Administration with minors in Accounting and Finance, along with a focus in Real Estate — equipping her with both the passion and the business acumen to serve her clients at the highest level.

Specializing in farm and ranch, land, and rural properties, Shannon brings unmatched insight into the lifestyle these properties offer. As a dedicated horsewoman and co-owner of B & S Performance Horses alongside her husband, Shannon deeply understands the equestrian lifestyle. She knows what matters — quality fencing, functional barns, arena setup, pasture rotation, water access, and the details that make a property truly work for horse and cattle operations. Her firsthand experience allows her to guide clients with confidence and clarity.
